When Europe’s biggest shopping center wanted to create a festive lighting and decorative scene for New Year that simulated a Russian winter, MK Illumination Russia proposed the winning solution.
Drape lights fell from the ceiling in the atrium to symbolize Russia’s typical heavy snowfall and as shoppers moved around the mall, they were treated to glittering birch trees, the massive 10 meter Christmas tree in the main hall, and the larger-than-life light sculpture of a moose, who was soon christened “Henry”.
Strings of lights mounted on the exterior glass façade added to the festive atmosphere, and invited visitors to shop, to relax, and to start the new year filled with good cheer.
