Das Schloss, Berlin, Germany

“Das Schloss” is a lavish shopping mall in Berlin-Steglitz with marble fittings and architecture reminiscent of that of 19th deparment stores.

For the mall’s 2019 festive lighting extravaganza, Das Schloss wanted to transform their façade into a glittering, American-style light production that would attract shoppers and publicity, and that would make it stand out on Schloßstraße. To help bring their ideas to life, we used light to place a huge red bow above the mall’s main entrance, literally “wrapping it up” for Christmas. To complement the bow, curtains of warm white and  brilliant white, studded with cheerful snowflake motifs, adorned the mall’s impressive façade.

The result? An unforgettable shopping experience filled with Christmas cheer.
